Oh, It's been FOREVER since I've wrote on here!!! We've been very busy and been on so many trips! So, on the first trip, we went to Florida for my birthday ( I'm ten now) !!! All of my Grandparents came to Florida for my birthday! We went to Universal Studios, and for my first roller-coster ever I rode the biggest one in the whole park! Then that night we went to Cirque- du-Soleil, It was amazing! The next day we went to Disney-World, we were there for the opening ceremony and stayed till the fire-works!!!

Then we went to Boston (not for my birthday) ! The second day we were there we got a behind the scenes to of a lizard lab! We also went on a Duck Tour. They are amphibious vehicles, from World war two! We had the most awesome tour guide. and half-way though the tour we would ride out into the river!!!! The day before we left we were in mommy's friends wedding! Lady bug was the flower-girl, and I was the junior bridesmaid ! On the day we left snuck some apples out of an apple orchard. And I'll tell you how! We wanted to pick just a few apples, but you have to buy at least 10 pounds. so we pulled around the back, and in someone's driveway and mommy say some people eating and picking apples. So she ran over and payed these strangers two dollars and we went and pick 4 apples, and snuck them back to our car!

So another Kay-Kay and Lady- Bug adventure ends.

Good bye!

The "SPIDER" !!!!!!!!!!

I sometimes think that spiders are surely from hell.... And to make my hate for spiders worse, I have a pretty bad case of  arachnophobia. So with my hate for these horrible beings lingering around me, I just happen to run across a little grey ball of dust on my way up the stairs, and without really knowing what I was doing I was picking it up and turning to go throw it away. Then it moved...  SCREECH, SCREECH, SCREECH!!! The "dust ball" (or so it was called) was CLIMBING UP MY ARM! More screeching. I throw the "dust ball" on the stairs and start to run around the downstairs, screaming! When I finally come enough to my senses to look at what I had picked up, I saw a spider. Much more screeching. Quickly I grab a big boot and, while screeching, start to whack the spider! I whacked it *EIGHT* times before, while still screeching, pick it up in five layers of toilet paper and ,while still screeching ( and yelling curses at the spider), I flush it down the toilet. Finally I run up the stairs and sit down in the hallway to scared to move. My mother, annoyed that I made such a fuss over the spider, said that it was just a spider; but when I told her how it crawled up my arm, I burst into tears, fell into my mothers arms, and my mother started laughing.

What a way to start the day.

So Many Things...

Wow I haven't written on here in quite a while. So there is a lot that has happened since I last wrote on here, I don't know where to start! So first thing's first, a few weeks ago we went to Radner Lake, and we saw lots of birds and trees and such. Then we had a splinter accident, and that was NO FUN!!! So we went over to a friends house, and the little girl who lived there wanted to play a game with me as the big bad wolf, so the Ladybug and our little friend went outside, then I came outside and began roaring, and of course, the Ladybug starts fighting me with a stick, so her friend picks up the idea and come charging after me with a LONG, POINTY, STICK!!!! And then.... CRASH, a half an inch long, half a centimeter wide splinter INSIDE MY LIP!
And how it hurt. Miss Lee Ann ( our friends mom ) managed to distract me long enough for her to yank it out. My mom said  I could tell everyone it was a bad lip piercing! I have to admit, our friend was so sorry. Any way that's where we are, All well that ends well.

Birthday PARTY!!!

So, today was the Ladybug's birthday party... and it was both CHAOS and totally AWESOME at the same time! First daddy didn't wake up on time, then we couldn't find the streamers, then we couldn't find the candles, (so daddy said that we had to make do without them), and finally it was so hard to get the balloons in the car (twenty miles per hour winds.), we practically went crazy. There was a good side to the party too, we were able to see fiends we hadn't seen in a while, we managed to feed a few squirrels, eat cake, and played at the park. It was so cool. The Ladybug says " It was the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER !!!" and we had an awesome time. The theme of the Ladybug's birthday was pink, and we had it at dragon park. I wonder what theme my birthday should be?

I can't wait for another party!!!

Birthday!!!!!

The Ladybug's birthday is coming soon. And I just got her a present: pink pipe cleaners. The Ladybug is turning six ,and is VERY excited about it. And she says that when she turns six she'll stop sucking on her finger and stop using pull-ups. At her birthday party everyone is going to be wearing pink. On our calender she drew a birthday cake on the her birthday. The Ladybug is so exited she says "I'm so exited I'm going to explode of candy!!!"

The Ladybug has told EVERYONE she knows about her Birthday. She keeps on asking how much longer to her birthday, and I think she has asked so many times that I AM going to explode!!!! Our mom is going to make a pink star cake for the Ladybug's Birthday, and the Ladybug requested that she have a special cupcake.

The Ladybug wrote this all by her self (with some spelling help): "I  love  how  my  birthday  is  going  to  be  pink."

What we've been doing lately.

Me and the Ladybug have been raising money. We're raising money for: Heifer International and Charity: Water.

Charity Water is an organization that gives water to people in places where water is very far away, sometimes many miles, and when they do manage to collect water, it's not clean and teaming with diseases. Every minute a mother loses her baby or child because of dirty water. That is why Charity Water is such an important organization.

The other organization is Heifer International. Heifer International gives animals to people people who have nothing but a hut and clothes. These animals give food, clothing, and a way to earn money to the families who are given them. And then, when the animals reproduce, the families give the baby animals to another family, so that other families can have the same benefits. So, a whole village can be effected by just one animal. Because of this, Heifer International is also an important organization.

We are trying to raise enough money to give: a llama, a goat, a trio of rabbits, and two flocks of chicks. We are also trying to give clean water to five people. We've already raised $278.65, which means we're more than halfway to our goal!

If you would like to help us reach our goal , our mom (Kristen) is taking donations through Paypal.

Welcome!

Hi, I'm KayKay and I'm nine years old. Ladybug is my little sister, she is five (almost six). Ladybug LOVES pink!!!! It is her favorite color. She also likes ladybugs (of course), dogs, toys, and snow. I like purple (it's my favorite color), cats, dogs, and nature. I despise mushrooms, though the Ladybug loves them. We're both really excited about our (though I'll be doing the writing) new blog.

"I'm exited about the thing, and my name is Ladybug," Ladybug says, as she plays her gameboy.

And I hope you love our blog!!!
